La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») souhaite retenir les services d’un fournisseur intéressé à fournir des services de guides qualifiés qui accompagneront les participants à l’activité de Via ferrata (ci-après les « Services ») du secteur de La Diable dans le parc national du Mont-Tremblant (ci-après le « Parc » ou l’« Établissement »). La Sépaq gère et exploite ainsi le Parc. La Sépaq offre aux clients du Parc l’activité de Via ferrata. Il s’agit d’une activité sportive intermédiaire entre la randonnée et l’escalade, qui se déroule sur un parcours aménagé sur une paroi rocheuse et pourvu de câbles et d’échelles destinés à faciliter la progression tout en maintenant la sécurité. Les parcours proposés dans le cadre de cette activité prévoient les services d’un guide professionnel par parcours qui encadre les clients afin que ceux-ci puissent compléter en toute sécurité le parcours, y incluant les divers types de ponts, de poutres et de passerelles. Quatre (4) parcours sont offerts aux clients du Parc. Ces parcours sont présentés à l’annexe C des présentes à titre d’information. L’horaire détaillé des départs et des guides pour la première saison est présenté à l’annexe D des présentes. La Sépaq se réserve le droit de modifier cet horaire. La durée du Contrat est de trois (3) saisons d’opération. La première saison d’opération débute le 1er mai 2026 et la dernière se termine le 31 octobre 2028.
