The contract seeks professional laboratory services to perform qualitative control of materials and certification of contaminated soil monitoring for various municipal infrastructure construction projects. These projects may include water supply and sewage systems, stormwater management, surface works such as road structures, curbs, sidewalks, active mobility facilities, and road geometry, as well as landscaping adjacent to street infrastructure. The scope encompasses new constructions and rehabilitations of differing sizes and requirements as defined by the contracting authority. Three separate firms will be selected under this framework agreement to provide these services, with specific mandates and project details issued through individual requests for proposals. The contracting entity, Ville de Mascouche, operating under the Government of Canada, requires these professional laboratory services to ensure quality and environmental compliance throughout the infrastructure projects located in the Lanaudière region.
