Le présent mandat consiste en la réalisation de services professionnels de laboratoire sur demande. Le principal projet auquel sera attitré la ressource sera les travaux de parachèvement de l’étanchéité de la couverture du Stade olympique, intégrant le lot 01 et le lot 0701 (ci-après le Projet). La superficie faisant l’objet du présent mandat est légèrement inférieure à 300 000 pi2. Notons que les services serviront également au suivi de projets de nature variée de petite, moyenne et grande envergure sur le site du Parc olympique. Les services requis porteront principalement sur les systèmes de toiture et l’étanchéité. Ils pourront toutefois s’étendre à d’autres domaines d’expertise, notamment le contrôle des matériaux, le contrôle qualitatif des sols et des matériaux granulaires et de la gestion des sols contaminés selon les besoins liés à la réalisation des projets du Parc olympique.
