Services to Manage, Coordinate, and Market Aloha Stadium SM&M

Solicitation RFP-SA-27-01, issued by the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, seeks a single business entity to manage, coordinate, and market the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet and Marketplace. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive operational management, including vendor operations, parking and traffic control, custodial and maintenance services, and public safety.
