Full Description

PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to Service First Aid Cabinets at facilities and in vehicles on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Utilities. The successful vendor will be responsible for removing and discarding expired products. Attached are a list of items that should be included but additional items maybe quoted or added. Please submit a price list of standard items your company supplies with a percentage off discount. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $35,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under this Agreement and are for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will be from the date of execution through October 31, 2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Locations will vary in service requirements and there may be more than one cabinet per location. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Please submit a price list of standard items your company supplies with a percentage off discount.
