Solicitation # SPRPA127QYA41
Solicitation SPRPA127QYA41 is a total small business set-aside issued by DLA Aviation at Philadelphia for the procurement of ten new digital computer systems (NSN 7010-01-701-3507). The requirement is divided into two shipments of five units each, destined for DLA Distribution facilities in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. This action is being conducted under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) and requires a fixed-price arrangement. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by November 13, 2026. Technical requirements include compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity specifications, and MIL-STD-129 marking standards. The contract includes a 12-month warranty following the final delivery. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, and payment will be processed electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073, with specific electrostatic discharge protections required for sensitive electronic components.
