The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) seeks a contractor to provide analyses of the SNAP's Applicant and Participant with Limited English Proficiency Programs. This study seeks to describe how the 53 States SNAP Agencies and the three (3) territorial NAP programs server applicants and participants with limited English proficiency in accordance with Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to make a single award task order on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. The selected North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 54172 with a Size Standard of $22.0M. The applicable SINs under GSA Schedule are 541715, 541690, and OASIS Pool. The anticipated period of performance is a Forty (40) months with one (1) potential six-month Option Period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.
