AI Contract Overview
This contract solicits 42 set screws identified by NSN 5305-01-548-8254 under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-T-49Z3, with a delivery requirement of 152 days after order date, targeting receipt at the Tracy, California warehouse. The item is source-controlled, mandating that only vendors with access to the limited rights data or traceability to approved sources may submit quotes, and any non-approved supplier must obtain source approval from the OEM with full documentation submitted with their offer. Compliance with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements is mandatory, incorporating referenced identifiers RA001, RC001, RP001, RQ011, and RQ017, which govern technical specifications, source approval documentation, packaging, removal of government identification, and physical marking of bare items. Packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, respectively, and all processes must exclude mercury or mercury-containing compounds except for specifically exempted applications like batteries, fluorescent lamps, instruments, and sensors as defined by NAVSEA 5100-003D, which also requires secondary containment for portable mercury-containing devices. Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively, and unspecified attributes deemed major. The contract is structured as a fixed-price arrangement under FAR 52.216-1 Alternate I, with evaluation likely based on lowest-priced technically acceptable criteria due to the absence of detailed scoring factors and emphasis on mandatory compliance. All contractors must maintain active SAM registration, adhere to DFARS 252.204-7012 and 252.204-7020 for cybersecurity safeguards per NIST SP 800-171, and comply with hazardous materials labeling standards per OSHA and MIL-STD-129. Invoicing is exclusively through WAWF, and transportation must use U.S.-flag vessels unless waived. Offerors must submit a Unique Entity Identifier, CAGE code, and socioeconomic status, and any use of covered telecommunications equipment is prohibited. The solicitation period closes
