Purchase Order C6C414 was established on February 3, 2026, between the Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Prevention, and Global Information Services, Inc. The agreement provided for analyst services to support and maintain the Data Warehouse for the HIV/AIDS Section and to coordinate data sharing across the Department from November 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. A payment dispute arose when the funds allocated to the purchase order were depleted, leaving several invoices unpaid for services rendered between March 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. To resolve this, a settlement agreement was reached on October 16, 2026, in which the Department agreed to pay Global Information Services, Inc. a total of 48,735.00 dollars. This amount covers outstanding balances from invoices DOH_4059_FU, DOH_4060_FU, DOH_4061B_FU, and DOH_4062_FU, subject to approval by the Chief Financial Officer of the State of Florida.
