Purchase Order C5C0C5 was established on July 1, 2025, between the Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Prevention, and H3U LLC for Senior Web Application Developer Services. The scope of work involved developing new and existing functionalities utilizing Microsoft.Net Core, C Sharp programming, and SQL Server for a performance period ending June 30, 2026. Due to the depletion of available funding and the subsequent expiration of the purchase order, the Department was unable to fully compensate the vendor for services rendered during the final quarter of the contract.
