SETTLEMENT

On July 1, 2025, the Florida Department of Health, Polk County Health Department (Department), issued Purchase Order (PO)# C5B7B6 between the Department and Cardinal Health 110, LLC (Vendor). PO# C5B7B6 was issued to allow for the purchase of HIV medications through the 340B program for Ryan White clients using Medwins Pharmacy for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. On July 13, 2026, the Department received Vendor’s Invoice #7480600464 totaling $60,538.20 for goods ordered on June 30, 2026. A partial payment of $25,397.83 was made against Invoice #7480600464 via SWDN# D70-0005-8731 which depleted all remaining funds on PO# C5B7B6. The Vendor is still owed an amount of $35,140.37 captured on Invoice #7480600464-A for goods ordered on June 30, 2026. Additionally, on July 13, 2026, the Department received Vendor’s Invoice #7480600465 totaling $66,231.16 for goods ordered on June 30, 2026. Finally, on July 13, 2026, the Department also received Vendor’s Invoice #7480600462 totaling $315,256.80 for goods ordered on June 30, 2026. The Vendor is owed a total amount of $416,628.33 for goods ordered on June 30, 2026. However, the Department was unable to process these invoices due to all available funding on PO# C5B7B6 having been expended and the PO expiring before any additional funding could be procured.
