Seven (7) Booster Vertical Turbine Pump Assemblies

Scope: Rancho California Water District (“District”) is soliciting quotations for the furnishing, assembly, and delivery of seven (7) new NSF-61 compliant short-set booster vertical turbine pump assemblies across multiple booster station sites. Installation will be performed by District personnel; however, the awarded contractor must attend all startup procedures and testing as part of warranty verification, consistent with the approach outlined in the template RFB The District operates and maintains more than fifty (50) groundwater production wells and 20 pumping stations, which are critical to ensuring a reliable water supply for its customers. These seven (7) boosters are part of key facilities within this system and are currently undergoing rehabilitation to restore its production efficiency and extend its operational lifespan.
These booster stations serve essential distribution system functions, and the replacement pump assemblies must meet strict hydraulic, dimensional, material, and NSF 61 compliance requirements.
All assemblies must be fully inspected and tested prior to delivery according to manufacturer standards. Contractor-provided as-built drawings and discharge head CAD files must be approved by the District prior to fabrication and shipment, as required in the 7-Booster Submittal.
