Sewer Camera and Jetting

8/24/2012: PLEASE NOTE THE DUE DATE FOR ALL PROPOSALS IS 9/12/2013 AT 3:00 EST 1. Sources are sought to perform sewer line maintenance for the Electronic Systems Center, 66th Air Base Group, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This requirement serves Hanscom AFB, MA consisting with approximately 200 facilities over 876 acres. Any resultant solicitation may include the following functions to be performed, subject to change depending on varying mission requirements: a. Inspection of sewer lines b. Maintenance Plan for Areas Prone to Mechanical Failures c. Maintenance Plan for Areas Prone to Silt and Grease deposits d. Maintenance Plan for Areas Prone to Root Penetration 2. The duration of this contract including all options is anticipated to be 3 years. 3. The Government does not intend to award this contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for any information related to this notice. This sources sought does not constitute a request for proposal, and is not considered to be a commitment by the Government. 4. Responses should include a narrative identifying the scope of past and current services contracted for within the past (3) years, describe capabilities to perform the services described in the sources sought, and include references for each contract. Respondents should ensure their responses are complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine their qualifications and capabilities to perform the assigned work. 5. Contractors must identify their business type [i.e. SDB, (8a), woman owned, service disabled vet-owned, hubzone, small or large.] The responses will serve as a basis for the Government's decision to establish the requirement as an 8 (a), small business set-aside, small business size standard $32.5M, or full and open competition.
