The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the replacement and installation of stern and O-1 Deck awnings as defined in the Statement of Work. Work will be performed onboard USCGC PABLO VALENT, a 154’ Fast Response Cutter, with primary activities at SFO Ft Macon, 2301 E Ft Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512. All quotes must be submitted August 5th, 2026 Noon EST. Quotes must be submitted to Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil Ensure block 17a and pricing are completed before emailing. Source evaluation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Unit COR is LTJG Mark Colvin. Scheduled site visit is July 27 2026, Contact COR for coordination. Site visit is required for quote consideration. All eligible responsive sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the US Coast Guard however those submitting quotes that do not have an active record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non responsive and will not be considered for award. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
