Shade Structure Canopy

The 164th Airlift Wing is seeking a firm-fixed price contract award for two shade structure canopies under a total small business set-aside, with the NAICS code 314910 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement specifies detailed materials for each canopy, including eight 10-foot HSS steel posts, eight cantilever structures, heavy-duty anchor bolts with associated hardware, and 7x19 strand galvanized wire rope for fabric attachment, all designed to meet IBC 2006 building code standards for live, snow, and wind loads. The canopies must be installed in grass over a concrete pad at the Memphis, Tennessee location, with all shipping costs included under FOB destination terms. Offerors must provide a detailed description of each item offered and a clear statement of delivery time, as failure to do so will render the quote non-responsive. The Government will evaluate quotations based on a lowest price acceptable model, with mandatory pass/fail gates for technical responsiveness and domestic content compliance under the Buy American Act and restrictions on foreign purchases.
