TEMPEST TENTS
Solicitation # M0068126Q0082
Solicitation M0068126Q0082 is a firm-fixed-price request for the procurement of one RF shielded Tempest Tent for MEF ROTO, to be delivered to Camp Pendleton, California, by October 19, 2026. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside, specifically targeting HubZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB entities. The required enclosure must be TAA compliant, made in the USA, and utilize three-layer CYBER Fabric. Mandatory technical compliance with MIL-STD-188-125 and IEEE 299-2006 shielding standards must be demonstrated prior to system acceptance, as the government will not accept untested systems. The tent must include a magnetic RF door system, a PVC support frame, and an integrated UPS sized to support multiple workstations located inside the shielded envelope. Award will be based on the greatest overall value, evaluating technical acceptability, total evaluated price, and past performance. Technical acceptability requires a completed specification sheet, a country of origin statement, and an affirmative statement regarding the delivery timeline, which is six weeks from the date of award. The contractor is responsible for providing DoD unique identification per DFARS 252.211-7003 and must utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and payment. Submission of quotes is handled electronically via email, with a final response deadline extended to September 16, 2026.

The 164th Airlift Wing is seeking a firm-fixed price contract award for two shade structure canopies under a total small business set-aside, with the NAICS code 314910 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement specifies detailed materials for each canopy, including eight 10-foot HSS steel posts, eight cantilever structures, heavy-duty anchor bolts with associated hardware, and 7x19 strand galvanized wire rope for fabric attachment, all designed to meet IBC 2006 building code standards for live, snow, and wind loads. The canopies must be installed in grass over a concrete pad at the Memphis, Tennessee location, with all shipping costs included under FOB destination terms. Offerors must provide a detailed description of each item offered and a clear statement of delivery time, as failure to do so will render the quote non-responsive. The Government will evaluate quotations based on a lowest price acceptable model, with mandatory pass/fail gates for technical responsiveness and domestic content compliance under the Buy American Act and restrictions on foreign purchases. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management with an active Unique Entity Identifier, CAGE code, and updated representations and certifications, including current small business status within the last 12 months. The solicitation mandates compliance with numerous FAR and DFARS clauses, including safeguarding covered defense information per DFARS 252.204-7012, cybersecurity requirements aligned with NIST SP 800-171, prohibitions on contracts with entities linked to Kaspersky Lab, ByteDance, and Iran, as well as mandatory flow-downs of ethics, whistleblower, and labor standards clauses to subcontractors. Invoicing and payment require electronic submission through the Wide Area Workflow system, with receipts meeting DFARS Appendix F standards. Payment is due no later than 30 days after invoice receipt or government acceptance, whichever is later, and is contingent upon appropriated funds being available through September 30, 2026. Quotes must be submitted by June 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CDT, and any questions must be directed via email to SMSgt Chris Rhyne by June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CDT, referencing solicitation W50S99-26-Q-1102
