SHARP - Flooring Services for Two Properties

SHARP LLC is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of flooring at two residential mid-rise properties in Sacramento: Sierra Vista Apartments at 2300 K Street and Sutterview Apartments at 2526 L Street. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing vinyl plank and carpet tiles, substrate preparation conforming to ASTM F710, and the installation of Mohawk Dealer Solutions III Luxury Vinyl Plank in Caramel with 6-inch brown cove base.
