The contract pertains to the procurement of 10 units of SHEET, METAL with NSN 9535-01-348-3224 under solicitation SPE7M0-26-T-009J, issued by the Department of Defense’s Maritime Supply Chain ESOB unit. Delivery is required within 5 days of award at Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on the acquisition size. Packaging must conform to DLA standards, and all supplies must be free of asbestos in compliance with MIL-STD-130N, with any asbestos-containing alternatives requiring explicit approval under Clause L30 and Provision 4. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact with supplied hardware, except for enumerated functional uses such as batteries, fluorescent lights, instrument controls, weapon systems, and specific chemical reagents authorized by NAVSEA. Portable fluorescent lamps and instruments containing mercury must be shock-proof and equipped with a secondary containment barrier per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies, and covered defense information protocols apply.
