IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic and limited staff available at the Moncton, NB bid receiving unit, bidders are encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service or facsimile instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available for this bid solicitation.

This PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

Nature of Requirements:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), requires the supply and delivery of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, buildings K60 and H33, located in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers must be delivered to locations within 5 CDSB Gagetown.
Delivery Dates: All items must be delivered on or before 31 March 2023.
GSIN: N4420C: Heat Exchangers
There is no security associated with the requirement.
The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price on the group of items will be recommended for issuance of a contract. The supplier MUST be compliant with Annex Statement of Requirement and Annex Basis of Payment. A completed basis of payment must be submitted electronically for evaluation.
The Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) is available at Buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Amendments, when issued, will be available on GETS. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all amendments issued prior to closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
