Military-style systems to provide a comfortable operational environment for remote or austere sites with limited access. For each of these six systems the following characteristics are required: Minimum 255 sq ft interior floor space. Windows and/or door accessibility on at least two of four sides. Windows must be capable of being opened and secured shut. All exterior doors must be able to be secured with key. Weight per init less than 4,000 lbs. Foldable, allowing 3 or more units to be stored in one 20 foot, high-cube, sea-land container. Transportable via C-130 transport aircraft, flatbed, trailer, or high cube sea-land container. Designed to be safely lifted from a trailer or flatbed by forklift. Designed for rapid set-up and breakdown (10 minutes) employing 3 or fewer unskilled laborers and simple hand-tools. Able to be completely leveled during setup, including in extreme terrain conditions. Fully self-contained, with integral air-conditioner, electrical lighting and wiring, and with built-electrical and data connections allowing easy setup for internet and electronic equipment. Resistant to wind and extreme weather conditions; able to withstand wind loads of up to 100 MPH and seismic loads of up to 40 lbs pr sq ft. Metal construction or with other non-allergenic material which is to be mold and mildew resistant. Able to be cleaned in field conditions by basic wipe-down. Interior protected with a high-quality, light, durable easily cleanable color. Exterior protected with a high-quality, durable easily cleanable color scheme to blend wiht jungle or savannah surroundings. Repairable-able to be patched in field conditions. Package must include new high cube shipping container to ISO standard.
