Sealed bids will be received online by North Wales Water Authority via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on June 3, 2025, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for: NORTH WALES WATER AUTHORITY SHETLAND TANK PAINTING (G-009) CONTRACT #502-25-01 The project consists of painting and improvements to a 0.5 MG water spheroid storage tank, located in Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA. All documents and details are available at PennBid - https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal/ Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
