Background of the RFP SingHealth is inviting Suppliers to submit proposals for Provision of Employee Mental Health Support Services. All questions must reach SingHealth via email strictly by 29 October 2026, 3.00pm (Singapore time). SingHealth intends to answer all questions asked no later than 6 November 2026.
