Solicitation # SPE4A1-26-T-2455
Solicitation SPE4A1-26-T-2455 is a fixed-price procurement issued by the DLA Aviation Supply Chain for six aircraft maintenance fixtures, identified by NSN 4920-01-563-1433. The requirement is unrestricted and not a small business set-aside, falling under NAICS code 334514. A critical detail of this procurement is that the government does not possess an approved technical data package, as the data is either proprietary or insufficient for competitive procurement. Delivery is required within 130 days after order, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin and delivery to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The contract mandates strict quality and security compliance, including a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment and adherence to DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, utilizing sampling methods per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements taking precedence. Offerors must ensure their inspection systems comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Additionally, items produced via additive manufacturing are ineligible for award unless specifically authorized. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
