SHINOBI-VSOP LLC (CCL-851)

The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-390-008-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-851) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,996sqft of mature canopy in (204) 5'x5' boxes each with a 7'x7' canopy area. Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, two (2) 550-gallon nutrient mixing tanks, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 6'x50' hoop house for immature canopy, a 10'x12' shed for petroleum storage, and a 10'x10' cannabis waste and composting area. Proposed activities are approved to include the installation of three (3) 10'x12' sheds for ag chemical storage, harvest storage and processing on previously disturbed areas. Power for the project is provided by generators less than 50hp and a permitted onsite septic system serves the project's wastewater needs.
