Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) has a requirement for a Standing Offer for the provision of mooring boat services to secure and unsecure any MAI vessels to the pre-existing mooring buoy in Argentia, NL, and remain available during the period the vessel is at dockside in case of emergencies requiring release of the vessel from the mooring buoy.
The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for a period of two (2) years from date of award, with two option periods available. The first option period is for two (2) years; while the second option period is one (1) year.
INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Sue Beck, sue.beck@pwgsc.gc.ca Cell: (902) 240-5159, Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
