2/11/26 - It has been determined that this requirement does not qualify as a sole source procurement. Accordingly, a competitive solicitation will be issued.


The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Shaw Shooting, Inc, 834 East 2700 South, Hagerman, ID  93332 for the following:

5 – Day Pistol Carbine Course - designed to provide Advanced Tactical Operators (ATO) with in-depth weapons handling, improve shooting accuracy, and tactical positioning. The course covers both basic and advanced weapons handling techniques.
