Solicitation # RFA-NHJB-2026-05
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch is soliciting applications for a subgrant funded by the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program to provide coordination and treatment services for the Carroll County Mental Health Court located in Ossipee. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive operational, administrative, and clinical support, including evidence-based case management and treatment for adults using validated screening and assessment tools. Key responsibilities include maintaining participant data in the Connexis database and submitting performance reports to the New Hampshire and United States Departments of Justice. Total available funding for this effort is 50,000 dollars, and the contract may be extended for up to two years at the sole option of the Judicial Branch based on performance and funding availability. Award selection is based on a consensus approach where the highest scoring vendor is recommended for negotiations, combining technical and cost evaluations rather than selecting the lowest bid. Submissions must include a signed cover page, debarment and non-collusion certification, a technical narrative following the provided template, and a detailed budget.
