The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in in Albany CA. has a requirement for a shuttle bus driver with a class B California driver's license. The Government will furnish a 15 passenger van and credit card for the driver to use and the driver must also present evidence of insurance per the attached plus $50K of property damage coverage. Start 04/02/2018 if security check is complete by USDA Driving schedule M-F week days to and from Albany main building to El Cerrito, and Del Norte Bart stations. 5 ea am round trips and 5ea PM round trips 6:00 am to 8:30 am 3:15 pm to 5:45 pm Additional 10 minutes per day for safety Inspection. Additional 1 hour per week billed at actual to perform maintenance, car wash, bio Diesel refueling and keep up logs. Logs 01 Vehicle log for recording maintenance and use of Gov. furnished credit card for maintenance and fueling. 02 Passenger log Period of performance 04/02/2018-03/31/2019 with four option years. Option year pricing will be adjusted to accommodate changes in the SCA wage determination as of the date the option is to be exercised. CPI index is to be used for overhead and profit at the time the time the option is to be exercised to determine option year pricing. SCA Wages apply per attached Hourly rate to be provided in your proposal. Complete and return the SF18 attached to the attention of Fred Gifford as listed in this notice.
