The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
SECTION 1 - Background and Objective
Moody Air Force Base (AFB) has a requirement for a commercial contractor to provide continuous, 24/7 shuttle transportation services. The objective is to efficiently transport approximately over 200 personnel from various off-base hotels to Moody AFB.
SECTION 2 - Description of Requirements
The contractor shall be required to meet the following parameters:
Period of Performance: This service may have several transports within 8-9 Days. Moreover, there will not be trasportation of personnel each day, but as requested within the given time period.
Availability: Provide 24/7 stand-by dispatch and transportation support for the entire duration.
Response Time: Demonstrate the ability to maintain rapid response times for all transport requests.
Vehicle Configuration: Vehicles are required for passenger transport only. There is no requirement for luggage support or cargo transport.
Base Access: All drivers provided by the contractor must be able to pass background checks to achieve and maintain installation access to Moody AFB.
SECTION 3 - Requested Information (Capability Statement)
Interested vendors that possess the capabilities to meet the requirements above are requested to submit a Capability Statement containing the following information:
Company Profile: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone, Email), CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).
Socioeconomic Status: State your business size under the applicable NAICS code and any applicable socioeconomic categories (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone).
Technical Capability: A brief narrative demonstrating the company's ability to fulfill the specific requirements outlined in Section 2. Specifically address your capacity to support 24/7 standby operations, dispatching procedures for quick response, and procedures for ensuring drivers meet base access requirements.
Relevant Experience: Briefly describe any similar past performance (Federal or Commercial) within the last three (3) years.
