The Contractor shall provide Findings: Elevated sidewalk slab conditions and potential trip hazards are located as follows: 1. one 10' wide front sidewalk approach to vestibule entrance 2. two 5' wide sidewalk conditions located at east end of the Willow Wing exit door location. 3. one 6" x 6" hole in sidewalk approach adjacent to Magnolia Wing. 4. Two elevated exit slabs at west end of Magnolia and Willow Wings lack visual yellow safety warning strips (NFPA 101, 2024, 7.1.6; 7.1.6.2 & 7.1.6.3) Recommendations: Adjust sidewalk elevation change by either grinding elevated areas level, infilling one 6" x 6" hole in sidewalk with 3000 psi concrete infill or providing visual yellow safety warning strips along pathway to warn students and staff of level change at sidewalks or slab locations noted above.
