The United States Space Force (USSF) Space Operational Contracting Headquarters has established a Master Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) under solicitation number USSF-CSO-FY26-2808A to streamline the design, construction, repair, and alteration of base infrastructure. Authorized under 10 U.S.C. § 2808a, this framework utilizes Other Transaction (OT) authority, making all resulting agreements completely exempt from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
