Sign Fabrication Services - Requote

Pinellas County is seeking a contractor for the fabrication and supply of signage for use on roadways, waterways, and other county areas. The scope includes the provision of reflective sheeting materials and the service of affixing them to aluminum sign blanks, covering regulatory, warning, and custom artwork signs. All fabrication must adhere to the 11th Edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction for FY 2026-27. Additionally, sheeting materials must meet ASTM Standard D4956 09 for Type XI Retro-Reflective Sheeting, and products must be listed on the FDOT Approved Products List. The solicitation, issued on September 28, 2026, requires quotes to be submitted via the OpenGov portal by October 6, 2026. Contractors must be authorized dealers of the products offered, possess a large format printer plotter, and be registered with the Florida Division of Corporations.
