Supply Ontario is releasing a Request for Bids (RFB) tender_21812 for Signage Services #tender_21127 EVOR Refresh #1.Supply Ontario is seeking qualified vendors to establish an enterprise-wide, multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for providing comprehensive signage solutions and related services to address the diverse needs of the Ontario Public Sector (OPS) and the Broader Public Sector (BPS), also referred to as Non-OPS Clients. This includes delivering high-quality, compliant, and sustainable signage across multiple categories, ensuring accessibility, safety, and operational efficiency. Deliverables shall encompass, but are not limited to, end-to-end services such as design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, integration, maintenance, rebranding, lifecycle management, and environmentally responsible disposal.The EVOR will support diverse signage needs, ranging from conventional signage (Highway & Roadway Signs, Interior Directional and Wayfinding, Informational, Parking Lot, recreational Parks, and Community Engagement) and Digital Signage (Indoor & Outdoor Digital Displays, Scoreboards, Audio-Visual, Interactive Kiosks, and Digital Highway Signs).
