N0016426SNB95 Field Service RepresentativesThe U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, is seeking on-site Field Service Representatives and off-site Engineering Support for the AN/ALQ-249 NGJ-MB system under a sole source procurement authorized by FAR 6.103-1. The requirement is designated exclusively for Raytheon Company due to its unique and irreplaceable technical knowledge and proprietary expertise, with no other entities capable of meeting the agency’s needs without incurring significant cost increases and schedule delays. Contractors must be actively registered in the Government System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for potential award. This pre-solicitation notice is informational only and does not constitute a binding commitment, invitation to bid, or promise of contract award; all costs incurred by respondents in preparing submissions are at their own expense and will not be reimbursed.
