Horsham Township, with offices located at 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA 19044 will receive sealed bids online for the Signal Modernization at Dresher Road and Sawmill Lane/New Road. Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online via the PennBid™ Program until 10:00 A.M. local time, Wednesday, February 7, 2024. The bids shall be opened and made available for viewing on PennBid™ at 10:00 A.M. local time, Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Contract No. 2023-01141 Signal Modernization at Dresher Road and Sawmill Lane/New Road All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid™ at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Please note the low bidder is responsible for a fee to PennBid™. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% each of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the contract amount, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Contractor’s Release of Liens.
