Mfr: Laerdal Medical Corporation Justification for Brand Name: Laerdal Medical Corporation (actual manufacturer) SimMan Manikin and required accessories provides both algorithm-based training opportunities and patient care simulations. Vitual tools trigger sensore in the mannequin but are not live versions. Training required by the 78th Medical Group includes ny cognitive psychomotore dimensions and the use of virtual tools does not provide the Familiarization required and other product lines do not allow for the use of the actual clinic's defribrillator which is critical psychomotor skills that the clinic staff must master through physical practice.
