This announcement constitutes public notice of Air Force Test Center (AFTC)/PZIEB Edwards AFB, CA intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price purchase order contract to 3D Perception, Inc., 12600 Challenger Parkway, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32826 for the purchase of a Simulator Visual Display System. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 41 USC 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(ii). Interested persons may respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed source, 3D Perception, Inc. is the only known supplier that can provide an end to end system for this requirement. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DPN 20140805. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333318 and has a size standard of 1000 employees. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
