Simultaneous Interpretation

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) has a service requirement for simultaneous interpretation, in English and/or in French for upcoming events organized by CSPS, on an ‘’as and when requested’’ basis. Up to two (2) Contracts will be awarded. If Contracts are awarded, the Period of the Contracts will be for one year from Contract award. Three (3) irrevocable options to extend the term of the contracts by one (1) year each form an integral part of the contracts.The total allocated budget for this requirement (including 3 option years) is $631,500.00, excluding applicable taxes. $241,500.00 for initial contract (date of contract award to one year from contract award) and $130,000.00 per option year.This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
