For any questions regarding electronic submission of priced bid proposals please call Central Bidding at +1 (555) 000-0000. An online reverse auction for prequalified bidders will be held at www.centralbidding.com  on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time. The owner reserves the right to extend the reverse auction date if more time is needed to adequately prequalify submissions received.
