Description:
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires one (1) single cylinder research engine (hereafter referred to as ‘SCRE’) with suitable accessories for researching the utilization of alternative fuels at different operating conditions.
All the deliverables must be received on or before 20 months after award.
This requirement includes security requirements
