As part of the New York State Supportive Housing Program, HRA/ Office of Supportive / Affordable Housing and Services (OSAHS)  intends to enter into Required Source contract with the following Provider for Single Room Occupancy services for a 6-year contract term from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2032. Goddard Riverside Community Center at Corner House located at 131 Edgecombe Avenue, New York, NY 10031, 34 units.
Notes:  NYS OTDA - New York State Supportive Housing Program (NYSSHP) 50/50 split between NYC/NYS NYC initiatives result in higher overall share of contract to City. Individual Contract amounts  reflect 6-year contract totals including NYC Initiatives.
