SIP for PSPC Pension Centre Summerside Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Government PSTN Access Services (GPAS) Supply ArrangementThis requirement is for: Shared Services Canada on behalf of its clients and partners.This requirement is open only to those pre-qualified supply arrangement holders under Government PSTN Access Services (GPAS).The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: Bell CanadaRogers Communications Canada IncAllstream Business IncDescription of the Requirement:Shared Services Canada has a requirement for:a) PSTN Access Services today support various environments such as contact centres, videoconferencing, regular offices, other. PSTN Services support various equipment types such as but not limited to PBX and VoIP telephone systems, alarm systems, videoconferencing equipment, smartboards, faxes. PSTN Services serve over 1,500 T1 (individual &/or grouped) located in over 600 sites across all provinces in Canadab) This bid solicitation is being issued by SSC. The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide Government PSTN Access Services to SSC Partners and Clients. This bid solicitation does not preclude Canada from using other methods of supply for SSC Partners and Clients with similar needs.c) The PSPC Call Center project is the new generation of service delivery for Voice over IP. It leverages Genesys Softphone as the front end for the users and integrates with Genesys Call Center infrastructure to enable PSTN calls to be routed over our own voice infrastructure. d) In order to achieve this integration, Oracle SBC were targeted as the solution, sitting on our in-house infrastructure. The solution is a public-facing georedundant SBC cluster that offer the capabilities of centralized SIP trucking in the legacy Datacenters. The SBCs selected are 4900s paired with a couple of ECB appliances virtual machines.
