The Government intends to procure a SirsiDynix Symphony Migration Upgrade. This notice is valid until Wednesday, May 10th, 2017 and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
