THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Purpose The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) requests to purchase new sit-stand desktop workstations for the occupants of Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) 19. Requirements The contractor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to deliver all materials to Building NAC 19. The Contractor shall deliver (Qty: 100) height adjustable desk-mounted units that hold 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse. Unit must: a) Sit-to-Stand Desktop Workstation shall be a unit that's placed on existing desks to provide users with an easy method of working at various adjustable desk heights. b) Overall footprint to be appropriate for corner or straight-run applications. c) Unit shall be a 2-tier design - upper display surface, lower keyboard/mouse deck. Holds up to 35 lbs. Designed for up to (2) 24" monitors. d) Dimensions: 36"w x 30"d x 18"h (max extended) Delivery The NAC is located at 3801 Nebraska Avenue, Washington, DC 20393. The Contractor shall deliver all materials to Building 19, rear loading dock at the NAC. Contractor shall have a hydraulic lift assisted truck capable of lowering to ground level. Contractor shall also deliver all materials from loading dock to inside the NAC. Delivery shall be completed within thirty (30) days from date of award.
