Site Energy Project Development Services

The Pirbright Institute is seeking a single supplier for the Site Energy Project Development Services contract, solicitation number 2026/S 000-091132. The objective is to conduct comprehensive energy assessments and produce detailed reports to identify energy efficiency improvements and reduce operational costs. The scope of work includes analyzing energy centre utilities and metering strategies, performing project opportunity studies for chilled water and compressed air, conducting high-level energy audits for warehouses and modular office buildings, and reviewing site building management systems and submetering. The selected supplier will be responsible for attending project progress meetings and managing any subcontractors employed to complete the works.
