Site Excavation and Grading

Performs bulk excavation, trenching, and final grading for prime contractors on BC Housing facility projects, here the Stratford Gardens project. Excavates for a one-level underground parkade, removes surficial fills and native silt to expose native till-like soils, and trims the excavation base using smooth edge buckets to prevent subgrade disturbance. Requires WCB good standing. Delivers a graded, approved subgrade ready for blinding layers and footings.
