Qualified firms with demonstrable experience creating Master Site plans of similar size and scope may request RFP documents by emailing Jennifer Hartkern; contact@example.gov Purchaser is seeking a qualified, responsive, and responsible firm to provide a ten (10) year site master plan to maximize the remaining Albany NanoTech Complex (ANC) site in its entirety. ANC is a world-renowned facility that supports high tech semiconductor research and development in New York State. It currently contains cleanrooms, laboratories, offices, classrooms as well as support buildings and infrastructure. The site plan is needed to clearly allocate every future activity in the given space, so that future enlargements are carried out following a pre-established idea. The envisioned site master plan will show overall site development based on a conceptual study that: defines the initial requirements of building spaces, traffic and pedestrian flows, connections between buildings, logistics, infrastructures, and ancillary facilities, among others; evaluates current site buildings and infrastructure to determine if there are needs for upgrades, enlargements or replacements based on age, functionality, and capacity; and, identifies the largest amount of cleanroom space that can be supported in the area available provides a structured approach and creates a clear framework for developing an area.
