SaskPower requires a Contractor to provide Security Services effective February 1, 2027, comprised of static guard posts, mobile guard services, ad hoc guard services and a Security Operations Centre (SOC) for SaskPower provincially at Saskpower standard sites across the province. In addition to the standard sites, there will be additional requests for temporary or mobile security services on an as-needed basis to support SaskPower operations throughout the province at non-standard sites. Requests may include, but will not be limited to, security services for overhauls at power stations outside of locations such as Saskatoon, Swift Current or Moose Jaw or security services for construction sites in cities such as Regina, Prince Albert or Weyburn. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of SaskPower to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s). Note: In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between this description and the RFP documents, the RFP documents shall prevail.
