Site Visit - 12.28.2021 Door Retrofitting, Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California Project Description California Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a need for door retrofitting at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center in Davis, California. The Sacred Oaks Healing Center is a medical treatment facility for Native American/Alaskan Native youth with substance abuse disorders. In order to provide adequate safety, physical security and to control movement, the doors require retrofitting. The purpose of this notice is to provide potential Contractors the opportunity to Taskings Contractor shall be prepare Submittals and CAD drawings Disable existing system(s) Furnish and install new hardware system and tie into existing building and automation and accessing control systems Acquisition Information This acquisition is proceeding as a commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. Site Visit There will be a site visit for proposed Offerors. The organized site visit is scheduled for December 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. PST. Proposed Offerors will meet at Sacred Oaks Healing Center, 33100 County Road 31, Davis, California 95616 All Offerors shall register for the site visit by sending the following information via email to Rachel Rosas, Contracting Officer, at Rachel.Rosas@916.591.2508 AND Kenneth Sherburne, Facility Manager the following information Name of Company Individual(s) Attending COVID Protocol. Contractors shall be fully vaccinated or be prepared to test prior to the site walk. While on Federal Property, Contractor shall stay masked (K95) while on Federal Property. Facilities will be available for handing washing and sanitizing. All attendees are required to arrive - hour (30 minutes) before the site walk for testing. All attendees are required to fill out the attached form and bring with along with proof of vaccination and identification. All Offerors and their team shall register no later than December 27, at 2:00 p.m. Solicitation Issuance It is anticipated the Request For Quotation will be issued on or about January 3, 2022. Contractors may download at the Government's website: www.FBO.gov. The specific dates will be identified in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation process up to time of award. Ordering Solicitation The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted to the Government's secure website (www.SAM.gov) once the Solicitation/RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from SAM.gov will require prior registration in the - System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). First time FedBizOps user(s) will be required to register in FedBizOps prior to accessing the Solicitation/RFP documents. To register, click on the - Register Now button in the - Vendors Block and follow instructions. The following information will be required: Marketing Partner Identification (MPIN); DUNs Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and Email Address. Once registered, interested parties will be able to log in and access the RFP documents. The Government recommends all interested Contractors add their names and email address in the - Interested Vendors Tab.
