58--BLANKET,TYPE 6
Solicitation # N0010426RUC18
The contract is for the procurement of 70 units of a Type 6 Blanket with NSN 1H-5840-014379525-A5, to be delivered FOB origin, under a sole-source acquisition authorized by FAR 6.302-1 due to the specialized nature of the part. The solicitation is non-competitive, but responsible parties may submit capability statements within 45 days of publication, or 30 days if an existing Basic Ordering Agreement applies, to demonstrate their ability to meet requirements. All award determinations are contingent on the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting qualification criteria at the time of award per FAR clause 52.209-1.
