TITLE: Sole Source Acquisition for Computer Aided Dispatch Module The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Group III Mgt, Inc. required services to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the Contractor to provide furnishings, equipment, components, and installation for rooms C-08, C-09, G-21, & G-21A of the Dental Lab as depicted in the attached Statement of Work. This service is required to update work stations within the dental lab to comply with findings from a Public Health survey conducted of the Dental facility. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A sources sought was posted on 21 August 2018 and received 2 responses. One (1) of the companies that responded, did not meet the needs, as they were only interested in grading and excavation which is not required as part of this project. Group III Mgt, Inc. is the only known company who meets all the requirements. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 17 September 2018 at 2:00 P.M EST.
